Inspired by the early signs of spring, this new menu highlights the sunny citrus fruits of our beautiful region and seasonal ingredients. Each dish is a burst of color and flavor: tenderly braised or smoked meats, delicately marinated fish à la gravlax… Zesty notes and precise cooking techniques strike the perfect balance between lightness and depth.
