This honor is a tremendous source of pride for our Chef, Damien Andrews, and the entire team of Le Patio Restaurant & Terrace. It is a wonderful recognition of our passion for Mediterranean cuisine, highlighting our commitment to delivering authentic, high-quality cuisine.

With my cuisine, I strive to convey my emotions and creativity, my passion for cooking, and for our beautiful region.

Sun-ripened tomatoes, freshly picked herbs from our garden, and the finest fish, all brought together to create dishes that celebrate the best of local, seasonal products, masterfully crafted by Chef Damien Andrews.

 

Our “coup de coeur” coming from Corsica, our ultra-fresh tuna Tataki is perfectly seared, with a lightly grilled exterior and a tender, juicy heart.
